Support Lawsuit Against ExxonMobil
Heal the Bay is suing ExxonMobil for their role in the plastic pollution crisis and we are seeking $100K to support our research, data analysis, and staff time during the lawsuit.

As we allege in our lawsuit, ExxonMobil knew that the plastic they produced would not be recyclable and would cause an environmental disaster. And with the decline in oil sales, companies like Exxon are planning to double plastic production by 2040 & triple by 2050. Please help our scientists as we take on one of the most powerful corporations in the world to protect our planet.
