Recruiting Team Members for Unified Sanctuaries, a Living Museum / Experimental Lab for Practicing Sacred Economics

Unified Sanctuaries is a regenerative, land-based community in development (not yet established in a physical location) envisioned to include a permaculture farm, retreat center, community living space, and event venue. Each of these “platforms” will support a thriving ecosystem of interconnected businesses, each with its own community-based governance and operational structure. Guiding these platforms is an Anchor Circle that ensures each are aligning with the project’s overarching mission and ensures that all platforms are resource-sharing and collaborating effectively. This anchor circle is designed to integrate with a private trust model (with businesses and community members holding units in the trust that reflect their capital interest), all while also supporting a community currency and a federation of local land-based community currencies.
