Indigenous reservations leader contacts

I am looking for contacts of leaders of indigenous reservations to offer to purchase Amanita Muscaria that grows in their forests. This will create a supplemental income for these communities from their non-timber-forest-product, which will in return help them protect and nurish these forests. Areas of interest: Pacific Northwest, Northeast and Upper Midwest, Rocky Mountain Region, Southeast and Gulf Coast, British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec, Atlantic Canada, Northern Boreal Forests
