Database/App Upgrade Support to Protect Public/Ocean Health

The Beach Report Card app provides near real-time water quality ratings for 600 beaches along the west coast of the US, translating confusing data into easy A-F grades. It’s free and people can use it before heading out to the beach to surf or play with their families & friends THE NEED - Our current database is outdated and requires an upgrade to SOQL.
THE WANT - we are also seeking help improving the app functionality and bringing in other elements to make it more impactful (linking to sewage spill reports, news stories, wildlife images, etc).
